the Arlington location, not enough help. i have to drive 80 miles to a shop.. they suck
Helped me update my phone when at home I was getting error message. They are always helpful!
Their service is not what they claim. They blame network congestion for their throttling. just had another LIE told to me by JEFF in their ADA Location. He said they don't throttle, the data connections on cell phones when I was told SPECIFICALLY that throttling was in place by a technician on their help line. I recommend going with Straight TalK Or ANY OTHER service because US Cellular is inconsistent, and they tell you lies.
Thank you to this store for the great customer service and the time consuming calls they did to fix my account! I definitely will use this Ada location in the future!
