Eric was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent customer service.
Yeah the people are nice.. Sure. BUT I can leave the area without my phone roaming (even though I don't have to pay for it) and my very sick mother can't call me because she doesn't have a US Cellular landline, and I'm not even long distance- I'm right up the road!! The lady I talked to this morning on the phone told me that anything OUT of my area will still have 3G, but I will be roaming. Then she proceeded to tell em that if I have more than 75% of my data full time roaming, I will be contacted and told to find a differen... read more
