Have always had "ok" service when it comes to customer service at the main store. Loved the mall outlet, they were always kind and friendly. I ended up leaving and went to Verizon. I am now back with US Cellular. Joe is awesome!! He took his time this morning to figure the best way to do things, was never rushed, or rude. He's awesome!! Gave me his card and told me to call him if I ever had any problems or questions!! He truly loves his job and working with people!! So thank you again Joe!!! You rock!!!
Can't really say anything good. Have been emailing customer service about the 5 Alcatel phones we have the only one you can get without data but can use wifi. We have 5 well 4 one doesn't turn on anymore and all 5 are crap they turn off can't browse web calls drop and u can't hear people three quarters of the time. Like I said been emailing back and forth with them and they try to tell me send them back. Y would I do that you can't tell me 5 phones are junk. We have been waiting for 40 minutes so far. There are still 2 people in front of us and 5 workers. 5 workers and the whole time we were here only 1 person has been helped and out the door. Seriously this is ridiculously horrible service. I really didnt intend on being here the entire night!!! The people that are supposed to put ur name on the list are pretty air headed and dont see u when u walk in, get a ticket system so people get helped in order not who he/she sees first to put on the list!! 1 hour to pay for a phone case. Hands down the worst customer service.
I can't ever call this place a joke cuz this is nowhere near funny.
