Horrible customer service, inconsistent pricing, long wait times, are not true to what they say, only allow one person in at time for same account upgrades (like seriously come on)...treat you like crap in general.

Had to wait 45 minutes for help. Then it took another 20 minutes to get done. I do not blame the person I was working with, he was great! Just way understaffed.
My daughter had an appointment at 6 PM tonight and they are still waiting for someone to wait on them.... it's 7:30 PM..very poor customer service... very dissatisfied!!
The wait is horrible. I was told 15-20 mins and an hour plus later I was finally helped. I could hear employees talking about other things besides phones and plans. The girl that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. One customer was being waited on when I got there and still working with a representative when I left. Improvement in service is a must.
The associate really helped me out with my problem with my phone. He was very friendly as well.
I like going to the US Cellular store. There's always something new to buy and learn.
