For the love of fuck, hire more people! Just sat in there for a hour and not one person left the desk. Ine guy was talkimg with some old lady about how large male kangaroos got! Was in the store today to help my Gma get a replacement phone. We sat there for 2 hours b4 we were helped....there was 3 workers and 1 manager John... John just took names and put them on a waiting list and continued to walk around and not help any customers.... there were 3 people besides us waiting and the other employees were helping customers but it took them each well over an hour with each customer.... this is unacceptable.....once we were helped Derek was super helpful and it took us 15 minutes!!! I've been hearing how horrible the cell phone service is in Marble Rock. I live in rural Marble Rock and don't have much trouble at home. However everytime I drive into town my call is dropped as I drive over the bridge. My phone actually shuts down. When is this going to be fixed???
