Stacey Wing is fabulous. She is professional, friendly and attentive. I would not go to anyone else there. She is a great asset to US cellular and they should make sure they keep her for many more years!
Your customer service is appalling I have never been more insulted in my life. Your employees insulted my knowledge on my own profession then when presented with evidence FROM APPLE you still insist my iPhone will only work with U.S. Cellular. What is the matter with you people? I have never been treated so poorly. I will tell every person I meet to avoid you and your company for the rest of my life. I can honestly say that I won't miss you, at all.
