The techs do the best they can, but I watched 1 tech being bounced around from person to person to get help, just like they do to customers. New phone broken by tech..over night me not a new one(I owed 300 for mine), and the sent a BROKEN re furbished..I have had my broken phone forgoing on 7 days..It is BS, to get a refurbished phone to replace a new phone..Waiting for contract to run out..Techs do the best with what they are working with
Associate Matt W. was great in assisting me in choosing first ever smartphones for my two daughters ---a rite of passage for some kids. My 7th grader was with me and as excited as could be! Matt W. was also good at making sure all offers were applied to my purchase. It was a fun experience.
The staff was great after my 1 hour and 10 minute wait, which was absolutely ridiculous. Not what I expected after working my 12 hour shift. I will never go back to that store again. I only went in for the convenient hours. Pine Tree Cellular has never made me wait that long.
The store is always extremely understaffed with a typical wait time of more than 1 hour. You've been located in Waterville for years and should be fully aware of your in-store demands.
I really think you need to reconsider how you serve the customers...people who just want to pay a bill shouldn't have to sit for a potential hour or more just to pay a bill. There should be one person designated for triaging customers, taking payments and general questions in the store on services then maybe once those people got to their turn people would be in and out much quicker! Just a thought but since the change in that store it is absolutely terrible service!
Went in tonight to pay my son's phone bill. The amount was supposed to be $82.74 but instead when I got home and checked my bank statement online, they charged my card $82.74 FIVE times! Now my account is overdrawn and I was charged $60 in overdraft fees. The charges are all pending and won't be released back to me for days so I'm left with no money all damn week. If I could I give negative stars I would US cellular sucks your better taking it behind the shed and put it out of its misery I will begin to write a book of my horrible experices with you clowns I will not recommend US Celluar to my worst enemy
