The young guy (name escapes me, started with a K) that "helped" us was rude, wouldn't let either of us talk, and treated us like we were stupid. Now, Currently in the process of switching to a new service provider after year and years with US Cellular. I don't recommend anyone us this store

I've been with US Cellular for over 20 yrs. The store was empty and maybe two customers waiting to be seen. I went in to purchase an iPhone and was asked to leave due to covid. No browsing. The time it took to get my service swapped over by your employee/agent Steve and his perseverance to keep after Straight Talk to turn over my number so I could keep it the same with my new carrier. I appreciate the time he took to process the change over and didn't give up. I am happy with my service. Thank you for all you done/do for your customers. Not impressed that a salesman from the Waterville office sold me a lifetime glass screen protector and neglected to tell me I need to register it!! So now that company probably won't cover it!! Unreal!
