Terrible service. I'm only an hour away from home still in iowa on the interstate and it says I'm roaming and the signal sucks. I have a Samsung galexy s4. Thinking of switching back to verizon where you can drive to the west coast and never lose signal or go on roaming
So disappointed in your new plans, my experience and the customer service. I just wanted to get a new phone and was told of your new plans and I would need to finance a phone, which is an additional charge on top of my monthly bill, or switch plans. I asked the manager if there was a letter sent out letting the customers know of these changes and she informed me this was not a change, it was a "promotion". This is far from a promotion.
