Was there for a black Friday promotion. Got exactly what my husband and I wanted though only downer was being there for just over 2 hours from the time of getting there to waking out of the store with what we came for. Though they offered us something to drink.
You guys need to figure out a better method of servicing customers. Been waiting for 1 1/2 hours for service. Can't think of anywhere else you would have to wait so long for something.
I'd like to say....You are losing my business. I know today was the last day to renew points. I got to the US Cellular Store before it was open, was literally the 3rd person in line. When they opened they told everyone in my line that they couldn't take us in the order we were in line in. REALLY????? What kind of customer service is this. We have been to 3 stores today and they don't seem to care about new customers. My phone has been messing up for over 2 weeks and they cant be bothered to help me. About tired of their crap and customer service and junk phones
What terrible serivce. Have bee sitting at a location for well over 20 minutes and no one has been helped but 3 employees have gone on breaks or left within an hour of the store beong open. We will no longer use this carrier after 10 years. Shitty service and even worse customer service.
RUDE! Just waited 10 min in the store and not ONE "Hi" or May I help you. Left the store no one batted an eye. And no they were not busy.
Way to screw your current customers, your new plans are BS!
