Just wasted my entire lunch hour sitting in the store waiting, just to be told I need to go to the Apple store. You think the check in person could take the 30 seconds to do that when when they ask what brings you in? My entire experience here had been one botched event after another. My recommendation to anyone is it look elsewhere.
I came here to leave a bad review but I’m not sure that I can say anything that hasn’t already been said before.
I have rarely given US Cellular a 5 star rating- But I walked in at 2 pm and walked out at 3:15. I had received two phones through the mil but wanted them to activate them. They were cheerful, speedy and answered all my questions. I don't live in Waterloo but I will make a point to return to this Waterloo store.
No customer service. Just wanted to use promotional gift card to pay off phone and possibly purchase an accessory. Stood for 20 min at desk without being approached once. Left to do other errands, came back waiting another 15 minutes, still no one acknowledged my presence. Need a better check in system with customers! Customers should not have to wait 20+ min to purchase accessories/pay a bill.
Disappointed to say the least about the service I have received through the customer service line and at the local stores. I purchased an I Phone 2 months ago and have had nothing but terrible luck using it. US Cellular states I need to go through Apple. Apple states I need to go through US Cellular. Still no resolution. Now I have been without a phone for 5 days. I have been forced to purchase a temp phone just so I do not lose my job. I will be terminating my service after being a loyal customer for 30 years!
This the third time this company has screwed up. I had my phone shut off after paying bill in full before. Now there customer service is piss poor. My advice is avoiding this company and go some where else. They will not tell you all conditions of purchasing a product and meeting requirements of special or rebates of products. Way to go us cell nice job����
