QUESTION? Has anyone else had an issue with US Cellular since signing up for their "10gigs/up to 4 lines promotion"? I switched to them in June & have had a billing error every month since then, over charging me by over $100 each month. I have to spend over an hour EACH month on the phone getting it corrected. And each CSR & local store person explains the bill differently. I'm sitting in my house once again w no mobile service WHY?? I pay my bill NEVER late. I have a excellent credit report. But if I have a emergency I'm screwed!! I'm going to try&call I for the 7th time this AM. & it probably wont go through once again. I don't have time to do in a store. & I cringe going in there. Ugh. Let's see what happens once again.

Most ridiculous store ive ever been in. I am so thankful I have verizon and dont have to deal with this. Over 2 hours waiting for my boyfriend to be able to activate an insurance claimed phone and have pictures/contacts transfered. Terribly disappointed in the lack of ability to get anything done in this store. I was considering switching from verizon but after dealing with this I will be sticking with verizon who has MUCH BETTER customer service and no ridiculous wait times.
