I walked into this location a month and a half ago completely frustrated. After meeting with Ian Klaver, I was able to leave having experienced the best customer service ever. He sat down with me and truly listened to what I had to say, and then went through my current plan. Ian was able to provide me with the plan I wanted, an additional line, more data, a new phone, and a gift card to purchase accessories...all for less than what I was currently paying monthly. I've been a US Cellular customer for over 10 years. Ian Klaver is my go to guy. He's always been so helpful, gets back to you right away and is AMAZING to work with. He's honest, and doesn't make you feel rushed when you keep him past his normally scheduled hours. Always a pleasure working with Ian! He needs a promotion!
I have worked with Ian for 4 new Iphones so far and it is always a pleasure to work with him. He is very informed and has made our account very efficient. The first time I switched over to Iphones after always having Galaxies was traumatic for me but he helped me with the set-up and let me text him with all my minor questions! Thanks Ian!
