I hate going into these stores looking for a new plan. This place was was a great change from the AT&T store down the road. Professional, helpful and honest. Ben or Ian I would ask for. Both were patient and straightforward. Happy to know this store understands the concept of customer service. I ended up working with Ben. He was able to answer a bunch of Tech questions. Very nice guy and If your in the market for a new phone or looking to switch ask for him. Happily recommend this store for you mobile needs.
Staff really overstates how well their accessories work. Was told to buy a certain case to avoid breakage; long story short the phone fell from a height the salesman described the case would help to avoid breakage and the screen cracked. Talked to the salesman, manager and customer service to be told nothing we can do and you can't return the case.
