I’ve been in this branch a hand full of time and have been throughly disappointed each time. Understaffed, rude, slow. Please do better US Bank.
I absolutely love this bank. I have never had a problem with US bank and I’ve been there 20+ years. My children have accounts there as well. Yes they may have some flaws in Cornelius with long wait times not enough tellers, but overall, you get great customer service everyone’s very helpful and just a good bank all around.
They are under staffed but very friendly.
