Half hour wait minimum. 0 customer service. Joke of a bank.
Id give this bank a 0 if I could they absolutely suck. Every single time I come in this location, there is a line of 5-8 people and one TELLER. I can not ever get in within 10 minutes and out the door. I have Rivermark credit union for everything else and credit unions seems to be the way to go. If I wasn't forced to this bank id stray away at all cost! GOOOO ANYWHERE ELSE!
