US Auto sales has gone bankrupt and has left my loan with a collection agency which whom I do not have a contract with. The warranty that I had on my vehicle call is not valid anymore and they are not doing anything about it. They have left anyone with a vehicle that they has purchased from them in full limbo.
This new company owns us auto I guess now and I can't get no information from them whatsoever. It's like I haven't paid anything on my account and I've been paying 221 for almost a year. I've asked these ppl over and over to send me some information in the mail so I know who I am paying. They sent me a link to my email that I can't even log into. It's seems like a scam or something.
I purchased my vehicle back in February. The first vehicle, I had it a few days, I had hella issues with the car. The ******** location acted like they didnt want to put me in a new vehicle, UNTIL I THREATENED to **** FINALLY I got in a new vehicle to find out 90 days later, the company closed and MY WARRANTY through **** NEVER EXISTED because *** AUTO SALES NEVER PAID ON THE CONTRACT, what a RIP OFF! Now Im stuck with a car paying HIGH REPAIR BILLS and I havent had it 6 months. Im definitely sueing!

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from this company in October 2020. We were thrilled at the thought that our hard work paid off especially through Covid and we could finally purchase something together as husband and wife. I got my 2013 sonic Dec. 2020 like everyone else there was no warning that us auto was closing an the ones that have my account is about worthless can get any information from them an with them being a collection agency there's a good chance they want have my title when it's paid for. Plus there trying to add all kinds of extra fees on to my payments I will be filing a lawsuit against both companies. This is BS.
US Auto Sales does not even deserve not one star. I brought my car from them back in March of 2021 which was a 2014 ********** Outlander. At first everyone was really nice and pleasant so it sold me. It was after i received my car and that's when all the shadiness begin. The customer service line that you had to call to make arrangements or what not. Everyone I spoke to was rude and not helpful. I will not add a star to the review. I bought my vehichle from US Auto Sales and they told me you can keep it a year and bring it back and trade in for a newer vehichle and will strt your payments right where you left off. What a dummy I should have known better. They also charged me for a warranty for ******** miles now its null and void.
