The worst place I have ever seen and got me paying for a warranty that does not exist. I can't get a straight answer from anyone. Also, and got the nerve to tell me don't be late paying my car note. I will seek an attorney for all the money I have spent on this car. This place should be made to return every dollar they have taken from hard-working people. No stars! No stars, no stars!

I bought a ******************* from US auto sales one week later. On my way home from work. The car just started smoking out of control and overheated so bad it cut off on the highway. I opened the hood to see what was going on. Figured it couldnt be too bad because I just bought the car .I was trying to place the hood holder on the hood then coolant exploded, melted a huge portion of skin off my arm. I got a car in 2015 and it's 2023 I have called several times and email several times on this matter it's be 8 years I turned the car 6 months later in 2015 due to the bad customer service and disrespect but on my credit report it says paid off, voluntary surrender/ and written off they received the car as I they gave it to me I keep getting the run around and ask them numerous times to remove it off my credit report and falsifying like I had the car for 5 years I need it completely removed off all 3 credit bureaus its hinde... read more

worst place ever I got my 2015 ***** trax from here and started having problems a mouth after and still am having problems with the warranty not covering the problems and them not even helping me get it fixed while they are charging me out the **** with how much I'm paying off the car for and I'm getting tired of it and the car isn't even worth the amount they are charging me
These people full of it nothing is covered in the warranty car is tore up 900 dollars to fix and still making payments havent had the car a year its a shame do not purchase a car from them??

This company is the worst of the worst and wouldnt recommend anyone to go there. I purchased a 2013 ***** Equinox in June 2022 started having problems August of ******************************************* to take it the nearest repair shop which was pep-boys they had my car for about 3 half weeks went picked it back up on 24th of the month and it was back in the shop on 25th because now its shutting off while in traffic or sitting at a red light.
