This business has an A rating. But it is not based on how dirty they are. I purchased a ********* journey on feb 7. On February 8th I had called and reported that the check engine light was on. They didnt suggest I bring it back they told me to call DOWCbut whoever marked the car as passed clearly lied and is working with them to sell damaged vehicles. Why are they letting this place continue to be in business and get away with taking ones hard earned money only to be sold a lemon ?? they tried to press me to purchase a vehicle I almost did but my gut kept eating at me because if something is to good to be true its usually is. I have had my car since 2019 and in the beginning it was good.. now that I really need the company to help me they are awful. When trying to explain anything to the customer service persons they take everything personal as if they are being affected personally. As if they own the business. No stars if it was an option. Got completely screwed. Take your money elsewhere. I Bought a 2015 ******* Elantra for way too much money and within 5 days it began stalling out dangerously in traffic. So once I inquired about US auto sales they called me say in and day out until I finally decided to give them a shot. The listed price on the 2012 ****** Camry was ***** which is almost double the blue book value as is.
