Professional and Looks Wonderful We had a pool screen enclosure installed a few weeks ago and we just wanted to let you know how great it looks! If I could or knew how I would post pictures. Your employees were also very respectful and did a wonderful job. Thanks again.

Poor service US Alum's owner, TJ is arrogrant and impossible to talk to.My screen was put up in bit & pieces of time. Instead of having a crew come and do the whole job, they came for 2 hours one day, then another 2 hours a few days later. It took 3 weeks to do a 2 day job. The crew wasted more time packing & unpacking their equipment. One of the panels needed to be replaced. They send someone 3x and none would go up to do it correctly. Months of frustration For a company that labels itself "professional" it should look at its customer service habits. Who owns this company??? Can't get an answer, can't get my job done and work was done without my knowledge as work arounds. Terrible

Screen looks great! We just had a great experience with US Aluminum Svcs. - we weren't pressured at all by the sales staff, they were timely, did the entire job (not a small job) in about 10 hours and the screen looks great!!

Get Many Compliments! I recently had US Aluminum build a lanai for my home and I get so many compliments on it! I am really happy with the results. Definitely recommend.

Best Company ever worked with! I just had my screen room completed by Us Aluminum Services today and they were by far the best company i have ever worked with. There communication and customer service was outstanding! and there sales representative Chris was very helpful and explain everything to me in details. Would recommend to all!1 A+++

Consumer Beware! Signed contract back in May 25th 2011, going on month 3, still no porch. Two occasions of No Call No Show after I took off from work to be there for 1 demo and 2 install. Ruined weekend plans, not even the respect of a phone call that they were'nt coming.

Quality Sunroom Installation! Very Impressed! Us Aluminum Services just completed my sunroom in winter garden and did a wonderful job! In the beginning i had received 3 other estimates from other sunroom companies in Orlando, and the Us Aluminum Sales rep sat down in my house 2 times for over an hour drawing out different designs, he was very patient and presence.
