I recently purchased a 2017 Ram Rebel. The staff went out of there way to ensure that I was completely satisfied. A special shout out to Rachel, Derrick and Steve. All of whom played critical roles. On the 2nd of September 2015 I went to the Tom Smith trade in center here in Sanford NC the informed me they are the used car lot for CDJ on Hawkins Street. I've never felt so downgraded they started to take my information without telling me until I asked them what it was for. They ask me if I sell drugs as a second income. "That any income would help." It's only been a day since I purchased my new Chrysler 200. The process was painless. I started with an internet search. This is one of many dealers who responded. Bill was very helpful and patient. I live a hour and a half away. I was upfront with Bill and told him I am rebuilding my credit. I did not want to waste his time or mine. Any paperwork required I was able to email to him. My son bought a used car there. almost two weeks later they claimed their bank would not approve the financing -so he HAD to return the car that day even though he was at work over two hours away. so he took off work to drive back and when he got there the finance guy-Oliver- was rude and acted like a real jerk. And then they proceeded to tell him that they couldn't refund his down-payment that day as whoever needed to sign the refund wasn't in and he would have to come back the following day for it. I drive 40 minutes to get to this place I have been told twice to come pick up my vehicle to get there and find out its not there...please please please shop else where...they told my friend he owed negative equity he went elsewhere and was positive 2500...
