WODA owns my apartment complex and completely ignores residents' complaints. The property manager has harassed me for years over my emotional support dogs. She makes up lies about them & threatens me constantly for nothing. I took a video today of the maintenance man squirting a bottle of **** in my yard because of a complaint to the health department. We have been attempting to get my mother-in-law into a new Woda apartment building (Magnolia Greene) in Cumberland, MD. We are moving her from Florida to MD, so it’s quite a process, as you might imagine. When we first inquired through Woda, we were put in touch with a man who said he would work with us to get an apartment on the ground level, as my MIL is disabled. apt in Frostburg, MD, called Braddock Greens, but the waiting list was a few years long, then I was told about this new one being built. I filled out an application, gave all my financial information, gave a deposit and was GUARANTEED a first floor apt. by Justin, last name unknown!! I think they're ripping off the government and the people they don't fix things like they say and then they try to charge people for fixing the repairs which is why people rent in the first place have not moved out of my apartment I have to pay $300 for some holes that were here before even took over the complex I live in they show up without a 24-hour notice for inspection and say oh because you have no income you don't have the same rights as everyone else I've lived in my apartment for almost seven years they've owned it ... read more
Orchard view manor senior apartments.......poorly managed in fact there is never manager there. Building desperately needs renovation. Electric is bad and sinks and sewer continue to back up. During covid the community areas are never cleaned or sanitized. Tennants can not get legal paperwork from management regarding rent. Manager rarely on site!
Instead of fixing two 2" holes in carpet, they put all new carpet. And charged me. It was only 3 years old. Their Covid 19 responses were slightly lacking... (except their maintenence crew) allowing people to stack debris, shoes, giveaways, near my hallway and in common areas. Especially on days no resident manager would be there. Food Bank items causing people to congregate and riffle thru it. Who knows what.!? Sanitary?? They have allowed a tenant to harass us for years .Do nothing about the problem except threaten to evict us and refuse to hear our side.This tenant can do whatever she wants because she is their pet.

They have crappy customer service and maintance doesn't give 24 notice. Its a male who can come and go if he wants and as single female. i dont feel it's safe for us ur him. They keep utiltly checks that come from government assistance programs or send late which makes ur bill later or shut off and u get kicked out. They are not handicap ready in spme anf they charge goverment rent for it. Some buildongs dont have 2 forms of exits in case fire.
