We have lived in New Forge crossing for 5 years. we've had issues with all the property managers that have been hired here. I received terrible customer service from Woda in *************, **. I tried to use the online application process, but never heard anything from them after multiple emails. Finally, I filled out a paper application. Still never heard from them regarding whether or not they had even received my application. Woda is terribly managed. I lived in ******* crossing in washing courthouse ****. The so called manager ***** recently took over mid summer last year and has decided to evict everybody she sees fit.I had lived peacefully for 4 years and paid over 32k in rent and had 1 write up or complaint from the office. My stepmom lives in *************** Apartments In *******, **. This week 2/2/2022 we got 11 inches of snow, they had people come out and plow the drive way but the side walks are left to residents that live there, They leave buckets of rock salt in the hallways of each building and a lot of residents were shoveling their own sidewalks, if this a government funding housing, why do they not have people doing this instead of residents????? Have lived in a Woda-Cooper property for seven months . In that amount of time , we have experienced"earthquake" pounding & shaking from the upstairs neighbors 7 year old son . Took concerns to property manager & was told "children will play & she has a right to do whatever she wants in her own apt." We have had to replace 4 broken picture frames & thrown away 6 knick-knacks . This complex is ran by a midget that acts like a warden. She makes us tenants feel like we're not good enough or rich enough to have the right to feel safe & comfortable in our own home. She is on video yelling & cussing calling tenants trash among other things. She's extremely intrusive & constantly oversteps boundaries. If you stand up to her & call her out on her bs she'll find a way to eventually get you out of there. Noisy environment, tenants overstep boundaries and go wild! Very invasive due to pop up inspections. Monthly inspections, reasonable indeed. The complex tends to receive biweekly inspections. Assuming there is a reason for this act.

Woda Property management ignores their mission statement. We felt entitled to a safe and secure neighborhood. Woda ignores this. We have never felt under the umbrella of their management . They ignored our pleas to secure an entry door, we were encroached by a homeless person and the final months of our stay there a criminal was allowed to live in our housing complex.Other complaint seem to echo this sentiment. ************ apartments in ************ are a joke. Dont bother calling corporate they just make you feel like you are in trouble instead of the person or people you are complaining about. Management also *****..live here if you want to get sexually assaulted by the maintenance guy and other tenants and have nothing done about it. They also get to pocket your deposit ALL OF IT if you leave before your lease is up. How can anyone live somewhere that they dont feel safe/comfortable at??
