As Chief of the Prospect Fire Department, I can’t say enough good things about URSA and the service they have provided to our department over the years. URSA installed and continues to manage the remote access system for our firehouse, and both the installation and ongoing service have been excellent. Recently, our firehouse took a lightning strike that damaged several electronic systems in the building, including the control board for our remote door access system. We had a great experience using URSA Security. We moved to a home with an existing security system using URSA and they made an easy transition for us. They provide great customer service and have been available anytime we have questions. Very responsive. Would highly recommend!
