Great property, worked there for a while and got to work with a really amazing team. Working with the managers you really see how much they care about the property and the residents.
This is the worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. I have rented many apartments for my kids during their college years. I have never had any other complex scam me as much as Haven South. My daughters lease ended in July and I could not get her out of there fast enough. She shared a two bedroom apartment and I was charged $185 for electric overage in one month and that was her half of the overage. This occurred many months. Total scam.
