RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience with Hailey and Nadaya in the office. My daughter had to move out suddenly to help a friend sublease her room. They were outstanding in every way helping accommodate us! We also had a great experience the 3 years we were at URSA.
Ursa should make concessions for the covid19 situation like most businesses. This complex is full of students with non-working parents left to pay the rent. How can you charge full rent with none of the amenities available? Ursa should do the right thing and give a discount!
Really wish I had heeded the advice of others that said to “RUN” from this place. They will not work with anyone during the worst financial/medical crisis to hit our country regarding ending a lease early or negotiating a reduced rent through the end of the lease period. We, as a country, are in uncertain times, me as a single parent, one income household, is always in uncertain financial times and this crisis has only made it worse to the point I am not sure we will be able to put food on the table if this goes much longer.... read more
