I had a procedure at this facility twice now between late 2016/2019 and the experience has not been positive with the staff. However, the doctors have been excellent. The nurses that take you back to get ready for surgery forgets to get my wife (even when i ask) and I do not see her until after the procedure. In addition there is no communication from the front office that I've been taken back unless my wife ask.
