I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at Urology of Virginia. I came to them with a 14 mm kidney stone lodged in my ureter—a very painful and urgent condition. Instead of feeling supported or taken seriously, I felt dismissed and treated as if I were only seeking pain medication. Despite my documented scans and severe symptoms, my concerns were brushed off, and I left my appointment feeling unheard and uncared for. Worst experience customer service awful never pick up phones. Scheduling appointments hard to get in, once scheduled waited over an hour and half for out patient surgery.
At my second appointment was 1030 AM. Like a good patient I arrived 20min early so I have now waited over an hour and still have not even been called for vitals. Instead I get to sit in a packed waiting room hoping noone has the flu, covid or other contagion.
