Showed up for a new patient appointment, just to find out that after waiting 6 months to get in, they canceled again for the second time. Very disappointed with the service . It seems as though my health as well as my time isn't a priority to these doctors.

All of the staff who answer the phone seem braindead. They literally can not get me what I need.

Update edit: I sat on hold for half an hour about it before just driving there. I’m adding two more stars because they got a nurse to see me today, and I greatly appreciate that. I did overhear that nurse say she just had Covid recently and still has a cough; to see she is coming into work not wearing a mask is unacceptable. Then... read more

Avoid this place if you can. I’ve been seen by Dr. morris who was wonderful and super helpful. Everyone else is really just trying to make your life harder and it seems like to make it a goal to not he helpful at all. From super long wait times to really just a rude process from beginning to start - people come there to receive help, but that’s not really what you’re getting. Even the communication over text is rude and just a waste of time. Do not recommend.

I have been so disappointed with the practice from the start . My first appointment I arrived 15 min ahead of time as advised had to wait for over an hr to be seen then when they did call me back the nurse practitioner was so rude that she did not look at me once during my 10 min apt. She sent text on her phone and responded to emails as she talked with me in an uninterested manner. In which she told me that she basically would be wasting her time answering my questions about my remaining kidney stones until I passed the fir... read more
