They own the area. Parking is usually a problem. The lot is not big enough. They are often overbooked. Texting is the best way to communicate with them. They do care, and have taken very good care of me.
The doctors work hard to keep people healthy and alive. Unfortunately, the administrative and support staff often seem to work against that effort. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and administrative failures can leave patients feeling abandoned when they need help the most. It’s a shame because the physicians deserve much better support.
