Sadly I would have to put 1 star as it doesn't allow zero... my husband had his appointment to have a stint placed due to a 10mm kidney stone. They removed the stone and placed a stint. They didnt remove the stone completely what we had been told 2 pieces are still there with another They missed. To make matters worse not even 14days later hes admitted into another hospital due to complications from this stint that has moved down and curled into a ball! They are busy you have to wait but once you get someone on the phone it's easy from there on
-10 worst patient care ever 2 plus hours just to be put in a room then forgotten about then when I finally walked out after 3 plus hours after my appt time no one was there and the lights where out then they put in my chart that it was my fault for leaving and blocked my phone number all this after waiting 2 months maths for the appointment don’t recommend them at all
