Place is horribly ran and staff and manager are not competent. Had a scheduled appt for 1 and I wasn’t seen til 1:45, then it took another 30 minutes for a dr to see me in the room. I would pick a different urgent care if I wanted to be seen by a professional staff. After I asked about the service I received attitude. Please save yourself the trouble of going to this place.

They whouldn't let me see a Dr. I had my driver's license I forgot my Ins. ID. I had to go to the emergency room. They were not happy about that.
I visited this urgent care on a Thursday at 4 PM and I have nothing but great things to say about them! The process to get checked in was easy, the wait was not too long, and I was met with such kindness and friendliness by the staff. Dr. Gottlieb is also very thorough and explains everything very well. He took the time to ask me questions and is super knowledgeable!!! They also accept Blue Shield PPO. I would definitely come here for any urgent needs!
I can’t recommend this office enough. Dr. Morgan is an amazing primary care physician kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and someone who truly cares about his patients.
