Sure the doctors are fantastic. Would have let you know if I got to see one instead of sitting in a waiting room 40 minutes continuously td id be called next in 1 minutes
Very disappointed and upset on how the office staff and doctors or lack of treated me. I am a patient of Dr.Bae and will soon be a former patient. I called the office on several occasions requesting a call back from Dr. Bae because I was having urinary symptoms and I have a history of kidney stones. He never called me back and then I found out he was away so why the hell didn’t they tell me that to begin with! I had a ct scan ordered by my pcp since I was unable to get in touch with Dr. Bae. Been going there for almost 20 years I had Dr LaRock and loved him but I got switched to Dr Kelty and he never follows up with me idk if I'm going to stay there.
