I have been seen at this office seen by Alicia Medeiros she was wonderful attentive and proactive. Unfortunately she is not available now because she is out of the office. After dealing with UTI symptoms for a couple of days (because it was the weekend) I called on Monday and explained that I had a UTI they said they can't treat me without a urine sample I was thrilled that they put this request through immediately. Very disappointed and upset on how the office staff and doctors or lack of treated me. I am a patient of Dr.Bae and will soon be a former patient. I called the office on several occasions requesting a call back from Dr. Bae because I was having urinary symptoms and I have a history of kidney stones.
