Excellent staff and very efficient and caring.
Although Urology associates has some excellent doctors they have some practices not patient friendly. I am a polycystic kidney patient that has been an active patient for years . This year they have decided not to treat anyone with this disease .They suggest you go to a nephrologist , that makes sense . However they would not explain that in office visit I was refused my yearly appt to go over this and they refused to refer me . Extremely Pleased!! Took care of my issues quickly. Friendly and helpful staff.
I was screwed over by a pharmacy and poor care and these people wouldn't even help me at all. Dr Selph straight up lied to my face. He obviously doesn't care about anyone. I've been through enough. I didn't deserve that. All they did was delay my care. Thanks!! dont expect a dime from me!!
