It has been a month since I tried setting an appointment for a family member who cannot do for herself. First i was told her Dr. had to make the call to this Dept. (Something that the doctor had NO IDEA about!). So, I asked her doctor to do so. 2 weeks pass and I make several calls and leave messages each time WITH the information to contact us ASAP. Brian Wirkus PA is wonderful. He listened to me and knew exactly my frustrations. He was not dismissive but rather listened and helped me with my uncommon condition. He has helped me out tremendously and I would refer him to everyone. He has stopped coming to the cedar city office, but I will make the drive to see him. Very punctual and attentive.

Worst experience from the get go. Upon arrival I was told I was at the wrong place because I didn’t remember vasectomy, did not check my name to see if I was at the right place or anything to help me just turned me away. I missed my appointment and doctors made the front desk fix their mistake.. At the operation I was given numbing medication then immediately worked on. I would leave 0 if I could. I am not usually one to leave reviews, but the doctor was dismissive, rolled his eyes, bashed our primary for ordering a test. Did not feel listen to at all. If you are going to a doctor its typically because there is a concern, not because we have nothing better to do with our time. We felt completely brushed off. Would not recommended if you want compassionate care and feel like you and your concerns matter.

Erica Hensmen decided what I had before I walked in the door. She acknowledged she didn’t have the data, but discounted what others had written in my history. I was referred by the ER to an MD but was forced to see her and my experience by this clinic and her was completely discounted.
