I was impressed with reception and scheduling, nursing, tech care, and Dr. Evans. This is not a "fun" medical visit and they did everything possible to alleviate my anxiety. Every person I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I'll need further care and they did everything I wanted and expected to answer my questions.
I saw Erika after a kidney stone procedure and she was amazing. Great bedside manner. She was so Aware of me she answered my questions took time to talk with me and I felt Listened to and well cared for I hope I don’t ever have to go back but if I do, I hope it’s back to Erika!
Erica, the PA is amazing. She is always so kind and upbeat. The positive energy she exudes means a lot!
My appointment with Dr. Salmon was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. I arrived at 10:00 a.m., completed all paperwork, and handwrote a complete medication list because the office could not accept email. I was called back at 11:00 a.m. and then waited until 1:15 p.m. because Dr. Salmon was called away. I understand emergencies happen, but I was never offered the option to reschedule or given an estimate of the delay.
