If I could give them a zero star, that’s what I will give them. They need to learn how to do their job and stop wasting peoples time making them go to an appointment and then say something else when the patient gets there and also they are so unprofessional.
Run as far as possible from this location. My husband tried to get an appointment since May. Every time they cancel the appointment without telling him or call and reschedule. He’s done with this place and is going to Penn Medicine.
Terrible staff! Their is no management worth a lick running this place. Horrible patient care!
