my mom went to see the lady doctor. lots of misinformation. my sister text me. then I told my sister find another doctor. its not the patients fault. doctors are practicioner. i guess you're all going to obey authority.
I'm not sure what happened at this office I've been coming here for years over the last few months it has been terrible the girls are rude and lazy I have to wait long for my appointment there use to be a girl named Chris who was there she was always polite and had a big smile on her face she was the most pleasant person in the office im not sure where she is at but they need to get her back up front im looking for a new group to see
The care absolutely sucks especially urology associates ! This place is in dire need of Professional Medical Management and supervision! You're medical information is screwed up in urology department, mixed you with other peoples ailments in your file, completely unprofessional doctors, try to do unwarranted diagnostic surgical procedures based on faulty lab results and their screw ups. Horrible staff, even worse patient care.
I really wanted to schedule an appointment with Dr. Lavine. However every time I call I sit on hold forever! I've tried numerous times with no luck! I'll find a doctor who actually has receptionist that answer the phone instead of sitting around doing absolutely nothing! Good way to lose a lot of patients Doctor! Get new staff!!!
