Dr. Gordon Lu, is a true professional. Excellent bedside manner, and felt very confident in his medical knowledge/suggestions... I would highly recommend him and his entire staff to anyone.
From a medical professional standpoint. I was very disappointed with the front desk customer service. I called to obtain medical records for a new patient that currently left their practice. And Tara the receptionist was very rude and I believe she even disconnected the call before we could obtain a fax number to fax over a medical release form. I asked to speak to a manager and Deloris was very kind and got the job done. We did not expect Tara to drop all she was doing for our request we simply asked for an ETA of the recor... read more
