5 days waiting for a preauthorization unable ro get the medicine at the pajarmacy? 5 Days!!! The jack of communication between the answering service and the office is horrible the waiting etc.
Truly one of the worst run businesses I have ever encountered. Long phone waits, nobody gets back to you on costs, zero technology. It's pathetic. I ended up going somewhere else after going nowhere with this clown-show. Note to the people who run it: you can't even run a lemonade stand. If ever we needed more competition in health services, these guys are the poster child.
