Before you see a doctor you have to sign a document that says you won't sue them because they don't have malpractice insurance. Beyond that no one at front desk for awhile and when finally did arrive started working on computer like I was not there. I said "excuse me" girl shoved documents in front of me. I left for another place around corner called MD Now that was more modern & client friendly. No "Don't Sue Me" doc so I guess they had insurance
