NP Tara was very nice and I felt like she was thorough. I waited about 30 min to see her. Staff was pleasant.
They really care about there patients .. They make that I was taking care of .. Thank you for helping me out.. And also it wasn't a long wait to be seen.
It was a good experience. I was treated quickly and well. My issue is that they said that they were going to send my prescription to the pharmacy. The pharmacy never got it. I tried to call and check on it, but all I got was a recording that asked me to leave a message and they would call back. I left two messages and I still, at least 3 hours later, have not heard anything from them.
So much better than the other clinics in knoxville.. Cleaner more professional.. more friendly... It's like they're not having a bad day. I will definitely come back here.. if needed...
