RecommendedGreat experience, from the front office to the back! Even with a small mix up we were in and out quickly. Receptionist was fast, triage was efficient, and provider was in there immediately, and didn’t make anything overly complicated! My kind of provider. Straight to it! I loved it!! Until me & my sick babies had to stay there after business hours, "got there at 6"!, after patients that came in way after us!! Then to top it off!! I've been at the pharmacy for 45 mins && nothing has been called in at all!! I left there around 8:30pm, its 9:37 && NO NOTHING!! JUST STILL HAVE MY SICK BABIES!! I AM PISSED!! #NeverGoingBack

Staff very organized and professional! Was in and out in about an hour.
I have been to this clinic twice in the last 30 days. Each visit was on a Saturday as well. The staff at Urgent Team has been courteous, friendly, helpful, very quick and efficient both times! We did not wait but a couple of minutes in the waiting area. And on my second visit, I did not have to fill out ANY paperwork because they used the info from the last time I had visited.
