Kaylee Huffman NP at the Horn Lake, Ms location lacks the proper bedside manner. The essential need for communication and proper civility while dealing with sick individuals is something miss Huffman needs to learn. I question if miss Huffman is in the correct field after experiencing her so called professionalism first hand.
Literally waited all day for a scheduled appt through their portal and they are closed. For nothing !!
Call in prescriptions when you say you will No one should have to go there and been seen on a Sunday be told a prescrpt will be called in and then go to get precsription on Monday to the pharmacy only to find out it was never called in...call you on Monday and get the run around and put on hold several times and be told the prescript will be sent in Then go pick up precrispt on Tuesday and STILL NOT CALLED IN...Call you back on Tuesday and told again it will be called in...We will see what Wed..brings...but boy you took the ... read more

Lindsey, Alix, and their team are the best. I had concerns about a rare medical condition my daughter was showing symptoms of, and they didn’t blow me off like I would have been at many other places. They actually entertained the thought of zebras, when it could have very well just been horses. They respected that I know my child better than anyone on earth, and that I knew something was amiss.
