There are definitely a few skilled therapists on this team - but it was shocking to hear burned-out practitioners laughing at clients and showing a complete lack of understanding of gender and Neuroaffirming care. You get what you pay for.
Dr Batke has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I am currently in the middle of my treatment cycle, but for the first time in decades, I have hope!
