The handed my ENTIRE file to another agency to be used against me. No Court order. they investigated themselves and said they did nothing wrong. CONFIDENTIALITY IS A MYTH
Front Staff are great. HOWEVER.... No trauma informed care is offered at all??? How the hell do they claim to help addicts and people with mental health issues without offering trauma informed care - especially people in crisis. Couldn't even get a referral to those who did offer it. The psychiatrist Dr. Bosley really gave the impression that he really wanted to medicate me for something, anything - didn't seem to matter what as long as he got to write a prescription. Was helpful for paperwork and I appreciate that but basic... read more
Between this place and the "crisis line" I'm not sure which is worse. Both are bad for your mental health. Neither care enough to actually help you. Total waste of time. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else. Even not getting help at all is better than coming here.
Received no help and made my mental health worse for even trying. Seek help elsewhere unless you want your private information on file to receive no assistance.
