I am so thankful my primary care referred me to this place the level of excellence and professionalism that was expressed was top-tier. I am so thankful for the comfort and services offered by this facility. The staff was amazing and very understanding. I am so thankful that we are able to get the assistance that we need with the Georgia Peach State program.
I actually thought this was an amazing idea a 24hr car facility, until they recommend everyone quit they job about Come for counseling, which is observed. They are a new facility that is money hungry!! I have an intensive background in MH and would never advise a pt to quit school and job so I could bill the full amount on their insurance. Also whoever does the phone call surveys are rude and dismissive.. Do Better .
I received very mixed and inconsistent information about my care. My work excuse was made conditional on enrolling in another service, which felt inappropriate. It also didn’t make sense to be told I was struggling enough to need a higher level of support but only be given a one-day excuse unless I agreed to enroll. The same provider managing both services made the situation feel like an unethical conflict of interest rather than a clear clinical decision.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at UrgentPsych. From the moment we walked in, the office staff was kind, welcoming, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Kierston Hurst, who went above and beyond in caring for my child. She was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and compassionate. Great resource for mental health without having to wait months for an appointment! Everyone is calm and warm and welcoming. And they take our insurance. I highly recommend
