Lifesaver! Our 5 year old always struggled with big emotions and it has translated into adhd aggression that became physical. I was recommended to this place and Dr. Khan was our hero. She sat down with my daughter and myself and helped us with a stopgap medication until we can see her new Psychiatrist next week. Everyone was so kind and empathetic. I loved my visit at UrgentPsych!! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. All of my needs were met and it took no time at all! The place had a nice home vibe: there were a plethora of books, it was well furnished, and there were free snacks! This was definitely an enjoyable experience.
Be wary of this clinic. They are deleting negative reviews and a sudden influx of positive reviews after receiving a well-deserved 1-star rating is often a red flag, and based on the pattern happening here, I strongly suspect that is what’s happening. Kudos to the entire staff!!! They are very concerned, and sincere. Professional, and very knowledgeable. They assisted my daughter in a timely manner, provided resources within my daughter ins network. With their help , and assistance provided my daughter is much better now. It’s great to have an emergency facility to assist with people that need help immediately
