I actually thought this was an amazing idea a 24hr car facility, until they recommend everyone quit they job about Come for counseling, which is observed. They are a new facility that is money hungry!! I have an intensive background in MH and would never advise a pt to quit school and job so I could bill the full amount on their insurance. Also whoever does the phone call surveys are rude and dismissive.. Do Better .

I visited a few different psychiatric clinics over the past month and this one by far has been the best. The staff seems to genuinely care about their patients and they all have a good attitude. Their treatment planning is great and I can tell they are serious about providing help and not just throwing medication at you. I definitely recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. They are deeply unprofessional from the front desk (taking personal calls while I waited) to the student doctor doing evaluations (mislead my child about confidentiality and wrote answers down wrong) to the nurse practitioner (horrible bedside manner, created new trauma for my child, lied about what happens next). They do not know what they are doing, one person saying one thing, contradicted by the next. They wrote incorrect information in her record, and completely lied to me about what would ... read more

I am so thankful my primary care referred me to this place the level of excellence and professionalism that was expressed was top-tier. I am so thankful for the comfort and services offered by this facility. The staff was amazing and very understanding. I am so thankful that we are able to get the assistance that we need with the Georgia Peach State program.

I received very mixed and inconsistent information about my care. My work excuse was made conditional on enrolling in another service, which felt inappropriate. It also didn’t make sense to be told I was struggling enough to need a higher level of support but only be given a one-day excuse unless I agreed to enroll. The same provider managing both services made the situation feel like an unethical conflict of interest rather than a clear clinical decision.
