It was mostly a pleasant experience. The nurse and doctor were very helpful and very kind. The receptionist, on the other hand, was rather impatient and difficult. I had a No Fault case from a car accident and gave the receptionist all of the information that had been given to me up to that point. ..Everything.... She seemed to think I came "unprepared" . ...and let me know it. She was very frustrating. But... at least the medical staff was great.
Was in and out quick! Online book in advance was easy and got me right in. Nurse was efficient and nice and Dr "Axel" is always a pleasure.
Extremely professional staff, They stayed late , were very informative and had fantastic bedside manner. This made a painful situation much easier to handle. I'd highly recommend them! Thankyou so much-Joe and Tracy
