My husband took me here after I was stung by three yellow jackets. I had an allergic reaction and was swelling from head to toe. When we entered, the receptionist was slow to respond and after my husband told her what was happening, she gave him a form to fill out before I was to be seen. My husband who is an Engineer of 38 years never gets upset, but he took the flip board back to the receptionist and told her that we needed the doctor immediately. did not open on time and the receptionist was rude.
I recently visited this office when my normal doctor could not fit me in. The week before this I had been sick with flu like symptoms...fever, body aches and congestion. I was left with on and off fever, congestion, plugged and aching ears and coughing that would not go away. I spent almost an hour in the room waiting for a doctor. When she finally did come in, she asked me a few questions, looked in my ears (fluid behind one and mucus behind the other) and felt the swollen glands in my neck.
