Doctor Whalen did a great job. Great crew.
Appointment was scheduled for 12. I didn't get called to the back until after 2pm. People that came in after me were called before me. Finally I asked what's going on? I was told they had to verify my insurance. Keep in mind when I scheduled my appointment I asked if they wanted my insurance information? I was told no just bring my card when I come. But I will say after that extremely long wait the Dentist was excellent. She had my teeth out very fast.
I love the Dentist there. She is such a sweetheart and gentle.
