Very nice and know what they are doing
frustrated since I was overcharged by the west chester office last night, and today when I brought it to their attention, was told I needed to wait until Monday to speak with office manager then wait until insurance pays and they'll mail me a check. it was almost $80!!! They should credit my card right away since they made the mistake. don't feel its right that I must wait several weeks to get my money back.
5 stars I’ve always had nothing but a good experience .
The fact that google states you’re open til 10pm and you actually turn patients that are in pain away at 844pm, is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I can’t even believe this. You’re an urgent place you should be helping people in pain. If you are not open in the advertised hours then change them!
I’m two weeks I’ve been here 5 xs but everyone here is very caring and helpful!
