I literally crawled into this place yesterday. Just knowing I had the flu. But no it is pneumonia AGAIN! I just had it in April so no I don't get sick just because it's flu season. I get sick ALL THE TIME. I have actually been sick since Thanksgiving. I get prescribe some antibiotics and steroids, I get to feeling better and then it comes back all the time. I visited this office back in August. While the wait was long, the care was great. What earned this business the one star was their billing process. I received a bill for my balance ($100) after insurance. There was no option to pay by phone or online, so I mailed a personal check. Never received another bill and life went on. Well somewhere between attempting to pay my bill and today I was turned into a collections agency! I never even received another bill or a phone call. This is my go to place when I can't get seen by my primary doctor. Staff is very friendly and help with all my needs, including my anxiety issues. The staff is fast and very knowledgeable.
Excellent staff from desk to FNP, little wait time, listened to issue, and out the door with script.
This is ALWAYS the best and efficient urgent care in my city. The providers are wonderful and staff calls to check on you with concern.
This was seriously my best medical experience ever! I HIGHLY recommend going here if you're in need of an Urgent Care. We saw Tiffany, and she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She even printed out some research articles to help us understand the medicines she prescribed. I can't say enough good things about it- Fantastic!
I came in today for asthma related problems and the PA that I saw was phenomenal. Knew how to treat asthma related conditions more then most of the primary care Drs I've gone to. There was no wait and it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend. Very impressed.
