I called 5 times between 2 and 4 pm with shortness of breath and covid, with no call back so i drove myself there at 4:15. The 2 ladies behind the counter *watched* me walk in with my hoodie over my face. I couldn't stand for very long at the counter so I sat and waited, when I finally asked if I could have a mask cause I couldn't breathe under my hoodie anymore, only then was I told they weren't taking anymore patients. Perhaps the worst urgent care! Try to avoid this place at any cost if you have other options. There is no consistency between their treatment and prescriptions. Staff do not help clarify things either. Often too rude and arrogant. Poor experience!
