Walked in for my appointment and was told I did not have an appointment. After I left I got a call saying I “no showed” my appointment. Another time they “forgot” to send in my medication. They do not communicate with each other and totally unprofessional.
Gloria helped me at Valley Health Clinic. She was very friendly and helpful.
I just wanna give a shout out to the office staff, they have superior customer service skills. They were attentive, communicated effectively, and made me feel extremely welcome. The receptionist and office staff deserve a race! Great job, guys!
