This experience was horrible... I had injured my leg and was in pain and this hospital staff raised their tone at me .. showing absolutely no respect and so I was with my mother and they began raiding their tone at my mother two for absolutely no reason we did nothing wrong and I personally don't think that we deserved to be treated like that... It wasn't right... Furthermore, I would like to add that we became lost finding our way to urgent care and we asked for help until we figured it out and we didn't get the help we nee... read more
