I loved the way they treated me. Very professional ☺
The staff is great. It amazed me when they stayed true to the name "urgent"! They knew in less than a minute that my mom needed emergency treatments immediately. They called 911,and stayed with my mom the entire time from the very beginning till she was wheeled out the door! All while other staff helped me stay calm and focused. Went there and saw Donald P. Jackel, DO, FACEP worst Dr. Dismissed me completely. Going to my Dr. today since I am worse. Told me I was fine. Trouble breathing, weak, can't hold anything down, and fainted twice. An excellent Dr. he is not. He acts like you are wasting his time.
